About This Event

Important: Dates are tentative based on availability.

The Bi-Annual AI Summit is a small, invitation-only working session for senior leaders navigating real AI challenges inside their organizations. This is not a conference. There are no keynotes for the sake of keynotes, no vendor booths, and no passive audiences.

Over three days, we bring together a curated group of directors, VPs, and C-level leaders across innovation, data, digital, product, and technology to present their most pressing AI problems—and actively work on them together.

What Happens

Each attendee brings a concrete AI challenge they’re facing today: strategy, implementation, governance, data readiness, operating models, tooling, or organizational change.

  • Attendees present their problems to the group
  • Other participants contribute perspective, experience, and ideas
  • Our firm brings our entire AI and data team to work hands-on against every problem presented
  • Sessions are small, interactive, and working-focused

The goal is simple: leave with clearer direction, better options, and practical next steps—not slides.

Who Attends

This summit is designed for senior decision-makers, typically Director level and above, including:

  • Heads of Data, AI, and Analytics
  • Digital and Innovation leaders
  • Technology and Product executives
  • Strategy and Transformation leaders

Attendance is intentionally limited to ensure meaningful discussion and access to both peers and our team.

Location & Venue

The summit is hosted at Grande Real Villa Itália Hotel & Spa, a refined boutique hotel in Cascais, Portugal. The setting is quiet, comfortable, and ideal for focused work—while still being steps away from the city’s neighborhoods, food, and culture.

Cascais offers the right balance of inspiration and ease: walkable streets, excellent dining, historic architecture, and coastal views.

Beyond the Work

In addition to working sessions, the agenda includes:

  • Group dinners and curated local experiences
  • Optional cultural and outdoor activities
  • Built-in free time to explore Lisbon on your own

The schedule is intentionally designed to allow space for reflection, informal conversation, and connection.

Why Attend

  • Work through real AI problems with peers who face similar complexity
  • Get direct, hands-on input from an experienced AI and data team
  • Pressure-test decisions before making costly commitments
